The bot isn't answering — what do I check?
In order of likelihood:
- Is the bot enabled? Check the master switch in Bot settings.
- Is the channel selected? The bot only answers in channels you’ve picked in Bot settings.
- Do you have credits? At zero balance the bot pauses — see the Billing page.
- Is your knowledge Ready? Sources still in Pending/Processing/Error aren’t used in answers.
- Does your knowledge actually cover the question? If not, the bot deliberately stays silent instead of guessing — see How the bot answers.
