Every workspace has its own plan. Plans differ in monthly credits and capacity limits — all core features are available on every plan, including auto-learning, analytics, and the calendar.

How to get Pro or Team

  • Pro trial — every Discord server is offered a one-time 14-day Pro trial. See Promo codes & trial.
  • Promo codes — a code grants a workspace a plan for a fixed number of days.
Your current plan, its remaining days, and your credit balance are always visible on the Billing page.

What happens when a paid plan ends

The workspace falls back to Free. Nothing is deleted — but if you’re over the Free limits (e.g. more than 5 knowledge sources), you won’t be able to add new ones until you’re back under the limit or on a higher plan.
