Every workspace has its own plan, shared by its Discord server and Telegram group. Plans differ in monthly credits, capacity limits, and a few advanced features. Answering, auto-learning, the calendar, and basic analytics work on every plan.

How to get Pro or Team

Buy a plan — on the Billing page, click Manage and pick Pro or Team. Payment is made in crypto and covers one 30-day period. Renew from the same page before it ends.
Pro trial — every workspace is offered a one-time 14-day Pro trial, once per Discord server or Telegram group. See Promo codes & trial.
Promo codes — a code grants a workspace a plan for a fixed number of days.

Your current plan, its remaining days, and your credit balance are always visible on the Billing page.

What happens when a paid plan ends

The workspace falls back to Free. Nothing is deleted — but if you’re over the Free limits (e.g. more than 10 knowledge sources), you won’t be able to add new ones until you’re back under the limit or on a higher plan.
