A credit is the unit of the bot’s work. Instead of separate limits for answers, uploads, and learning, everything draws from one balance.

Reading the dashboard, analytics, and the calendar are free — credits are only spent when the bot produces or ingests knowledge.

Your monthly allowance

At the start of each billing cycle your workspace receives its plan’s monthly credits (100 on Free, 500 on Pro, 1,000 on Team). Unused monthly credits don’t roll over — the allowance resets with the new cycle. Credits from promo codes or a plan grant come with their own expiry date. When you spend credits, the ones expiring soonest are used first, so nothing goes to waste.

Running out

When the balance hits zero, the bot stops answering and ingesting until credits arrive — either at the next cycle reset or from a promo code. Your knowledge base, settings, and history are unaffected. You can see your current balance, where it came from, and when each portion expires on the Billing page.
