- the member’s question and the bot’s answer,
- when it happened and in which channel,
- which knowledge sources the answer was built from,
- a link to jump to the original message in Discord.
What to use it for
- Spot-check quality. Skim recent replies after adding new knowledge to confirm the bot uses it the way you intended.
- Trace a bad answer. If a member reports a wrong reply, find it in the feed, open the sources it used, and fix or delete the offending knowledge.
- See the bot’s value. Every row in this feed is a question your team didn’t have to answer by hand.
