# Team

> Invite teammates and control what they can do

A workspace can be managed by more than one person. Invite teammates on the **Team** page in the dashboard.

## Roles

| Role       | What they can do                                                                                                         |
| ---------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Owner**  | Everything, including changing roles and deleting the workspace. The person who connected the server. One per workspace. |
| **Admin**  | Manage workspace settings, invite and remove members, plus everything an editor can do.                                  |
| **Editor** | Manage knowledge and bot settings. Can't touch team or workspace settings.                                               |

Everyone on the team can view the dashboard — replies, analytics, the knowledge base.

## Member limits

## Notes

* Removing a member revokes their dashboard access immediately. It doesn't affect their Discord roles — trusted-member status in [auto-learning](/knowledge/auto-learning) is configured separately in Bot settings.
* Team membership is per-workspace: being an admin on one server grants nothing on another.
