# Analytics

> What your community asks, and how well the bot handles it

The **Analytics** page shows how your community and your bot are doing. All metrics can be filtered by time period.

## Support metrics

* **Questions** — how many questions members asked, total and as a trend over time.
* **Answered** — how many the bot handled on its own.
* **Deflection rate** — the share of questions the bot answered without a human stepping in. This is the headline number: it's the support work your team didn't do.
* **Pending questions** — questions still waiting for a trusted member's answer.

## Knowledge gaps

The questions the bot couldn't answer, grouped so repeats surface to the top. This is your to-do list: each gap you turn into knowledge (or answer once via [auto-learning](/knowledge/auto-learning)) raises the deflection rate.

## Community metrics

* **Message activity** — message volume across the server over time, and the most active channels.
* **Audience** — members joining and leaving over time.
* **Top moderators** — a leaderboard of trusted members by answers given. Useful for recognizing the people who quietly carry your community.
* **Community summary** — a digest of what's been going on.
